  • Does it cost anything to be a part of a group?

    No, donations from our generous supporters cover all expenses, so there are no fees for you to be a part of a group. If you are interested in donating or supporting us, click here.

  • What Do I Do If There is No Group Near Me?

    If you are unable to join a group via Zoom online, you can start one where you are. Contact via email to get started.

  • Do I Have to be a Christian to Join a Group?

    No. We have had many faith backgrounds (including Mormons, Catholics, Jews, Muslims, Atheists, etc.) attend and learn to better manage Post Traumatic Stress through these meetings.

  • I Don’t Do Crowds! How Many People Typically Make Up a Group?

    We like to see no more than 12 people in a group at one time. If it gets to be more than 12, we look at starting a new group.

  • How Long Does It Take to Go Through the Program?

    We have an open entry, open exit program. But to complete the manual, it typically takes 12 to 18 months as the pace is set by the amount of discussion that occurs during group meetings.

  • Is This Part of the Veterans Administration?

    No. Arizona Bridges to Healing has no formal relationship with the Veterans Administration.

  • Do I Have to be a Combat Veteran to Join a Group?

    No, all veterans and first responders are welcome to join a group. In addition, spouses and parents of veterans and first responders are welcome to join When War Comes Home groups.
